DBA/SQL Server 2008/2005/OO Design/.Net/Cambridgeshire -Exciting opportunity for a SQL Server DBA Database Administrator 2008/2005 to support the development of IT solutions built both internally and externally by providing design and insight to development teams, and interacting with the relevant business units to ensure the capabilities and scope of systems are understood and planning is done accordingly. A Database Administrator will be involved at all stages in projects, facilitating the design, reviewing the development and enabling the support of databases, data warehouses and other data systems, ensuring standards are adhered to and best practices followed. The vision for the role is to deliver a high quality, value for money, scalable and effective service that is highly innovative, visible and measurable.
