This organisation is a well established business with a proud history of operating in Australia. Due to expansion they now require a DC Manager to be based at their northern suburbs facility.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of warehouse procedures and structures, you will manage a team of staff, monitor KPI's, stock control and reporting. You will possess strong leadership, organisational and development skills.
Previous distribution management experience is essential. Potential candidates will need to have strong management and have the ability to influence at all levels along the supply chain.
The position requires a clear communicator that is planning focused in their approach but also capable of demonstrating a strong presence with the floor staff when required.
