DCIO Marketing Communications Manager recruitment

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage DCIO marketing efforts and develop and execute marketing plans including creating strategy, positioning, content development, prospect targeting, marketing program execution and measurement
- Work with senior management to identify and execute marketing initiatives while managing all aspects of the project
- Create and disburse institutional content for presentations, sales kit pages, client and prospect meetings, advertising, PR and other marketing collateral that will be used to win and retain assets for the DCIO group
- Coordinate and manage road shows, speaking opportunities, webinars, and sponsorships
- Research and analyze DCIO industry trends to gather competitive information that will influence strategy and tactics
- Manage DCIO content for the institutional website
Background Requirements:
- 5 – 7 years of marketing communications experience within the financial services industry
- Experience working with DCIO or DC plans with knowledge of industry regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work
- BA/BS required
