Job Description

A BCMS Deal Leader intercedes between client, prospective acquirer, and all appropriate advisors, in order to achieve the best possible outcome for our client. Deal Leaders must take full ownership of their projects. They must be resourceful and able to navigate negotiations to generate competing offers for a maximized value at completion.

The Deal Leader must be able to create positive outcomes where the less tenacious would fail, and should get great satisfaction from working in a small business environment.  An understanding of the mentality and needs of our clients must come naturally.  We specialize in working with lower and middle market business owners, who are set to benefit from years of investment of time and money in their enterprises.

The winning candidate will have the leadership ability to leverage the skills from the BCMS team of specialists. Above all else, our Deal Leaders must be able to direct the team, client, acquirers and advisors to successful deal completions.  

Desired Skills Experience

Series 7 / 79, 63 a big plus.
