A highly regarded and dynamic motor company located in Sydney's South West is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join its fun and vibrant team for a 6 month period. The ideal candidate for this role will be familiar with accounts receivable and general ledger account reconciliation and automotive experience would be a bonus. This position is the perfect opportunity for a hard-working individual that has a great willingness to learn, and is excited by the idea of working alongside some of the most globally recognised automotive brands.

This fast-paced role will involve a range of responsibilities which include:
* Providing general administrative support where it is required
* Assisting with the accounts side of the vehicle deal process
* Filing and data entry

The successful candidate for this position will have:
* A high level of confidence with the ability to use initiative
* Knowledge of accounts receivable and general ledger account reconciliation
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills
* Advanced computer skills in Microsoft packages (Word and Excel)
* The ability to work well under pressure and within a close team environment
* Professionally presented, with a confident, well spoken and friendly manner
* A mature approach to work, with strong work values and ethics
