Dealer – Executions, Financial Markets (BankWest) recruitment
Bankwest Markets is a wholly owned subsidiary of Commonwealth Bank of Australia and provides risk management services to a broad range of clients in Bankwest Business.
Due to growth across our business we have a great opportunity for the right candidate to join our Bankwest Markets Dealer Executions team.
- Day to day you can expect your duties to include:
- Assist with FX phone lines on East Coast and input trades
- Assist with FX phone lines from West Coast as required and input trades
- Run daily FX maturity reports for East Coast and West Coast (as required) and contact clients to determine their usage of the contract
- Assist in handling on desk telephone queries from LOBS, in absence of IR dealers for WC EC
- Undertake preparation of monthly sales reports and league tables for LOBS
- Regularly review Sydney Executions inbox and respond where possible or allocate IR dealer to respond
- Assist with on desk queries for account change notifications, roll over letter requests, limit loading, secondary limit requirements credit margin changes
- Update pivot table on a daily basis to reflect individual dealer income
- Cross-check daily PL with dealer posted cash flows
- Ensure all IR deals are approved at end of day
- Email daily FX IR rate sheets
- Assist in execution of IR deals on taped lines, when IR dealer in remote location
- Assist in preparation of pitch books for dealers working remotely
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position with focus on Foreign Exchange. AFMA Accreditation is essential.
