Posted Position Title: Dealer Intelligence Manager Career Level: Experienced Function Sales Function Segment: Functional Management Location: United States U.S. State, China or Canada Provinces: Texas City: Irving Postal Code: 75062-2712 Relocation Assistance No Role Summary/Purpose: In your role as Dealer Intelligence Manager you will partner with the sales and marketing leadership in Dealer Finance platform to drive commercial activity across their dealer partners. In this new role you will serve as the dealer expert, responsible for behavior analysis, commercial strategy development and campaign performance evaluation. Essential Responsibilities - Develop strategies to drive activation and penetration of new and existing dealers. Use analytical models to identify drivers of growth, retention, scrap, dormancy and activation failure. - Conduct analysis to create behavioral and trigger-based segmentation models for each platform. Own day-to-day dealer analysis and metrics for the commercial teams. - Align with platform CMOs, Sales Leadership and inside/outside sales teams to test new dealer growth initiatives and measure results. - Influence commercial management to respond to the results of dealer-level analytics - Participate in developing platform-level dealer dashboards/scorecards and trigger-based reporting. - Establish commercial alignment with platform leadership to drive increased dealer activation and SOW penetration - Analyze and recommend changes in current commercial and operational approaches to improve win/scrap rates and dealer engagement - j2wrah - kellyef Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or other business-related curriculum or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in a business-to-business operational fulfillment or leadership role. - 1 year of complex data analysis and forecasting experience, understanding of basic financial principles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Experience in process management and improvement. - Experience working directly with customers to handle escalated service issues.
