THE ROLE:

This Scottish Dealer Sales Manager position will involve selling a range of heavy agricultural machinery and farm capital equipment and machinery, to the dealer network, whilst also supporting the dealers on farm throughout the sales territory of the whole of Scotland, and will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven successful track record in either selling machinery/capital equipment or plant hire.
• New business orientated.
• Go getter.
• Self-sufficient.
• Hands on
• Able to get their 'hands dirty'
• Presentable

• Highly money motivated
• Enthusiastic and conscientious.
• Excellent rapport building skills.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 basic (dependent upon experience).

Commission: £excellent anticipated 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
