Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dealing Desk Manager to join our driven and passionate team in Melbourne.

The dealing desk is responsible for the dealing (spot, forward and options) and customer relationship management (both on and off line) of customers trading with Western Union Business Solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Dealing (VIC), the primary focus of this role is manage and mentor our large team of Corporate Foreign Exchange Dealers, who are responsible for retaining and growing new, transition and core customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications, Skills Experience
The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified with at least 5 years experience in managing large teams within Financial Services and Foreign Exchange.  Understanding of a sales methodology and the ability to use the appropriate tools to manage the sales process, develop effective sales strategies and develop high performing sales teams is a must as is the ability to produce results and achieve aggressive growth targets along with strong knowledge of the finance industry regulations and the credit and compliance environment within Foreign Exchange.
