Dealing Support Officer (german speaking) – Full time job recruitment

In this role:

You will work in Amundi Luxembourg’s Dealing Support Team being part of the Client Servicing Department as main contact for our distributors, customers and sales people by assisting them in any query and taking care of all day-to-day operational matters in relation to subscriptions, redemptions, switches and transfers on our Amundi sponsored products in order to have a completely smooth process.

Main tasks:

-Replying on our customer’s requests regarding their trading activity dealing, on one hand with their queries and on the other hand with their claims handling a complete follow-up regarding investments, redemptions and payments, providing funds characteristics, applying corrections on dealing errors, providing solutions, etc,

-Contacting our customers in case of incomplete/missing/incorrect information on dealing instructions liaising with the different relevant teams of our funds’ TA/Custody,

-Taking part in some specific missions related to trading issues.

Required skills :

-Qualification : equivalent to Bac+2/3 for of the French system,

-Working experience : 1 to 2 years of experience in the fund administration and or fund custody area,

-Strong foreign language skills : German, English, French. Other languages are highly appreciated,

-Some knowledge in financial products would be an advantage,

-Strong IT skills : Word, Excel, Power Point,

-Competences : excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, building a strong relationship with our partners based on confidence, dealing with stress.

Dealing with an international and multicultural environment highly exposed to economic and financial themes inherent to features of financial products.
