Dean of Academy / Head of Training Center recruitment

Report to: HRD, China
The purpose of the Academy /training center is to create a systematic learning infrastructure within the organization, to build up a talent pool and candidate channel. As a result, the organization will develop employees who are capable of adapting to rapid changes and who deliver the results to meet the business growth needs.
The primary object is to train entry level staff who have 1-2 years working experience in non-luxury industry to enable them fit in the sales and other jobs in the company. Late, the function of the center will be expanded to run advanced training program for staff at supervisory and managerial level and other leadership program, including management trainee program etc.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop the strategic planning to support the company's business expansion.
- Overall responsibility for the Academy Training Center’s operations including training programs planning and organization and daily operations
- Coach trainers through an intensive and thorough training process
