Debt Capital Markets Senior Analyst – Corporate recruitment
My client offers the chance to join a successful and established DCM team and work alongside leading Managing Director with a number of years experience in the market. My client is looking to expand its DCM business
Responsibilities included:
- You will be assist in pricing, marketing and executing all transactions within DCM
- Develop and maintain client relations
- Pitching to clients to develop business and win mandates for the bank with senior originators
- Marketing, structuring, and origination of DCM products: for corporate issuers
- Modelling of financial, accounting, cash flow and economic impacts of debt restructuring transactions, and evaluation of the overall impact on the capital structure.
The Candidate
- This is for a Senior Analyst level candidate (2-3years experince is essential in DCM Corporate)
- Essential to be working within debt capital markets already
- Any experience of corporate clients is essential
- My client is looking to hire an ambitious and bright capital markets professional, working on an emerging market teams
- Experience covering bonds/ both high grade/ high yield/ covered bonds/ derivatives/ hybrids and liability management is essential
