Debt Manager Development Analyst recruitment

The role will be working specifically on managing any changes to the debt management system for the Debt Management Operations and Fraud Operation business function (DMOFO) 

The position provides an opportunity to work with and engage with senior stakeholders on a regular basis and deliver successful outcomes which support business delivery. This role enables you to deliver real value to RBS, and is an opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the Debt management and Fraud operations function (DM FO). You will analyse, design, build and test debt manager changes. You will be able to utilise your specialist knowledge or experience of debt manager to ensure all relevant information is available to inform and shape the design and implementation of projects. You will have the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and third parties in order to deliver value adding solutions in support of business objectives.

This crucial position requires an individual with a background in Collections and Recoveries and a working knowledge of developing Debt Manager applications. You will have a proven ability to work on your own initiative and be a strong team player as well as the ability to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
