About our Client

Since its beginnings in the early part of the last century our client has aimed at providing quality products and services to their clients and now require an individual with a strong customers service acumen to come on board and help in their debtor management team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Credit Manager this role will involve:

• Delivering customer service to businesses in relation to their credits
• Problem solving issues with relation to business credit
• Raising invoices
• liaising with other stakeholders within the credit process

The Successful Applicant

The successfully candidate for this position will posses excellent clear verbal communication skills and a background in delivering exceptional customer service. An understanding of the credit process through a history in the banking sector of collections roles will be invaluable and considered very highly.
