Decision Maker
A popular bank, located in Poole, Dorset are recruiting for staff with exceptional customer service on a temporary basis;
Duties:
• To engage, investigate and resolve customer queries of all complexities, at first point of contact in the most efficient and effective way whilst maintain customer service.
• Proactively make outbound calls as necessary to obtain information and resolve complex queries improving speed of resolution.
• Actively identify root causes of customer complaints, use initiative and proactively work to suggest improvements that can be made to enhance the customers experience and ultimately deliver the right outcome.
• Capture accurate information and details through the complaint handling process to allow meaningful analysis of the data by specialist teams
• Maintain and manage individual tasks on a daily basis to ensure that complaint related tasks are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
• Proactively develop the necessary knowledge and development needed to be successful in this role.
Applicant requirement:
• Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service with excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic, confident and resilient telephone manner
• A self-starter with a keen desire to succeed.
• Strong numeracy skills.
• Competent problem solving and decision making ability
• Drives own performance - uses initiative in seeking resolution to complaints
• Excellent planning and organising skills
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8am until 9pm and Saturday 9am until 6pm.
The typical shift patterns can be divided into mid-week shifts that run from:
• 8am-4pm
• 10am-6pm
• 1pm-9pm
• And two Saturday shifts per month that run from 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm.
