Decision Support Manager, Budget & Forecasting recruitment

The Global Restructuring Group (GRG), along with Non-Core and the Asset Protection Scheme, play an important part in managing major corporate clients across the globe who find themselves in financial distress. We are responsible for the management of any problem lending portfolios, returning those accounts to the originating Group business unit or subsidiary in a satisfactory condition, maximising debt recoveries and obtaining levels of reward proportionate with risks undertaken

This is comprised of central finance areas, specialised teams and divisional finance teams supporting the front-line businesses in over 30 international locations. Finance is responsible for working with the business delivering financial leadership, control, commercial insight and advice.            

As Decision Support Manager, Budget Forecasting,, you'll support the Head of Decision Support and other Finance Business Partners in the management of financial MI to support key business decisions at Senior and Executive level. Your task will be to create, drive and embed a robust budgeting and forecasting framework for GRG and work with key stakeholders including business partners, GRG Executive's, divisional contacts and Group stakeholders to define requirements. You'll also provide lead expert analytical support and commercial insight to the business – pro-actively developing and deploying financial models and techniques that deliver timely, robust, action-oriented outputs that can drive Senior and Executive commercial discussions and decisions.

To be successful as Decision Support Manager, Budget Forecasting, you'll be a Finance professional with strong experience or MBA equivalent and have previous experience in a business analytical environment. You'll also have strong communication skills, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
