Decision Support Manager – Costs recruitment

To provide financial analysis, control and support to themigration programme and Head Office cost centre owners. This will involve producing financial reports, undertaking analysis of key cost drivers on a monthly basis and providing assistance throughout the budgeting and forecasting process.

To ensure the fair treatment of customers by helping the migration programme teams to deliver their projects and the head office support functions to manage their cost base.

To help improve underlying processes within Finance with particular emphasis on Forecasting, Reporting and Analysis.
The purpose of the role is to provide finance support to the income generating Divisions. In particular
- Act as a key member of the cost allocation team
- Provision of accurate, timely, relevant information and analysis to the income driven divisions of the services provided. In particular undertake 'deep dive' activity to better understand the nature and drivers of the cost base and how the income generating Divisions can influence this.
- Provide guidance and direction to enable the Heads of Finance and the Business Partners to engage in constructive dialogue
- CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant
- Minimum of3 years experience
- Demonstrable track record in stakeholder management
- Clear, high impact, concise communication
Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability
Major Financial Services operation
Salary GBP40,000 - GBP50,000
