DEFECT INVESTIGATION TECHNICIAN
MURRYSVILLE, PA
Adecco, the world leader in workforce solutions, is accepting interviews for a Defect Investigation Technician. Our client is a world-class medical device manufacturer located in Murrysville, PA.
This position is responsible for handling units that do not meet quality requirements. The DI tech will then figure out what is wrong with the device and devise a solution as to how to fix it. Incumbent will also be responsible for documenting repair procedures in an SAP database according to FDA regulations.
Skills required for this position are:
• Strong computer skills in MS Office, SAP skills preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to problem solve with little supervision.
• Able to bend, stoop, sit, stand and lift.
• Able to work well in a small team environment
• HS Diploma/GED required, Associates Degree preferred
• Must be able to pass drug and background screen.
Hours for this position are 2:30pm to 10:30pm Mon-Fri. Pay is $10.50/hr. Medical, Dental and Vision benefits are available. Long term position with potential for full-time hire.
