Delegate & Conference Sales Executives Job in London, London UK

We are currently working with 4 market-leading, high-level Commercial B2B Summit, conference and events companies in Central London who are looking to expand their delegate acquisition teams.

 

Working in cutting-edge sectors including media, technology, telecoms, Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain and renewable energy our clients are looking for confident, enthusiastic, target- driven individuals with a zest for sales.

Candidates MUST have proven and successful B2B conference sales experience – selling to senior level business people. Enthusiasm for selling and a good understanding of the sales process also essential.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Making sales calls to C-Level professionals from major blue chips in order to confirm their attendance across the events portfolio.

·         Develop the portfolio of products and Identify new business opportunities

·         Report key information and performance to Directors

·         Continually achieve KPI’s of 80-100 calls a day/2 hours talk time

·         Identify and account manage past multi-buyers and key customers

·         Lead Generation. You will be responsible for identifying potential prospects for the event and then contacting to clearly demonstrate the value of attending the events.

 

Requirements:

 

·         Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience in conferences and events

·         Proven and successful sales record

·         Good understanding of the sales process and sales techniques

·         Confident when selling to senior-level business people globally

·         Ability to work well within a team environment

·         Good IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and Google

·         Are self motivated and a target driven closer with a proven track record.

·         Have strong inter-personal skills, strong organizational skills and a forward thinking approach.

·         Be articulate, self motivated, and capable of understanding complex business processes.

·         Desire to take your career in delegate/events sales to the next level and want to contribute to the long term growth of the business.

Package:

Competitive basic salaries will be provided from £18k - £25k depending on experience with rewarding uncapped commission structures. Realistic OTE: from £35k - £50k in Year 1.
