NEST Corporation is the Trustee of the scheme responsible for its day-to-day running. It’s a non-departmental public body independent of government but accountable to Parliament through the Department for Work and Pensions.

The Implementation and Delivery Team has the responsibility to deliver NEST, a pension scheme designed to help millions of people save for their retirement.
The successful candidate will gain exceptional experience within a large supplier based implementation programme and will be instrumental in ensuring that the scheme is able to operate as envisaged, earning the trust of the millions of low-to-moderate earners it exists to serve.

Implementation and Delivery Analyst
In order to ensure the services provided meet the contracted requirements, a period of in-depth testing is required in order to validate key areas of functionality. As part of our continuing investment in talent, NEST Corporation is looking to bring on high calibre entry level individuals to assist with the testing and delivery of the new functionalities of NEST.
Role deliverables
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the following deliverables and activities:
• Supporting the design and execution of implementation test plans and scenarios across multiple suppliers.
• Interacting with suppliers and subject matter experts to verify that the requirements, roles and test responsibilities across suppliers are clearly understood.
• Preparing, executing and supporting integration testing and user acceptance testing across multiple suppliers.
• Conducting static reviews of documents and products.
• Supporting the creation and validation of test data.
• Managing time in accordance with the test execution plans.
Candidate requirements
Experience required
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following experience:
• Previous work experience gained in a demanding, corporate environment
• A demonstrable interest in and understanding of Information Technology and its use in delivering business solutions and an interest in quality assurance and process improvement.
Personal attributes required
• A strong work ethic including good time management skills, ability to work to tight deadlines and flexibility to changing business requirements
• Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• A desire to learn from and support an experienced team of technical professionals
• An ability to take personal responsibility for resolving issues in a complex, multi-streamed programme
Education/qualification requirements
• A good degree (2:1 or above) in a numerical, business , analytical or IT based subject
