Delivery Coordinator
On behalf of our strategic international client, we are looking for a service-minded candidate for the below position.
After receiving orders the delivery coordinator is responsible to determine and arrange the best logistics solution to deliver the ordered parts. The coordinator will make sure that the part is allocated on the proper source and inform all logistic parties involved.
Job responsibilities:
- Monitoring systems in which orders are collected and process these according to service agreement
- After analysing the orders and deciding on what logistic process to invoke, track and trace these shipments, provide information to the concerned parties
- Pro-active response and use of escalation path in case of problems
- Constant contact with colleagues (who are ordering parts) and the logistic partners (who deliver the parts)
Requirements:
- Minimal secondary level of education
- Excellent English speaker combined with working knowledge of Spanish
- Good knowledge of windows and ms-office applications
- Experience in the field of logistics and/or a service oriented environment
- Outstanding communication skills
- Affinity with an international ICT environment
- Customer-oriented, team player and service-oriented
