Delivery Director – Retail Platforms recruitment

The programme of work includes multiple change projects which will incorporate changes to the online and administration systems and processes. 

A considerable part of the work is with multiple platforms and will include managing the implementation of processes and data feeds along side the RDR propositional change work that has been identified. 

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate detailed knowledge and experience of the RDR regulations and the implications that this has to technology and retail platforms, processes and administration systems.   

For this role you will need to be able to run workshops and be credible in the subject and provide the bridge between business and technology. You will need to be skilled in the art of pushing-back as and when required. 

For this role you will need to be a self starter / motivator with proven ability to prioritise and organise both your own time and that of your team and a strong desire to make things happen, thinking through issues and seeing things to resolution. 

Given the nature of the role you will need to be an excellent communicator and have the proven ability of working with all levels of personnel, including influencing and negotiating, and active participation and contribution with extremely senior management.
