Our client is an international software development company, specializing in products designed for the Wholesale Banking Industry.

They are now looking for a delivery Manager in Beijing direct report to General Manager, you will managing offshore development of Software products, and also Managing local and regional support teams with 10-20 people.

To Ensure your application, you nned to have proven experience managing at least 10 employees locally in China. Proven experience in operation management in software organization. Proven experience in banking or financial projects implementations COBOL knowledge- an advantage
Trade finance experience- an advantage
Willing to travel- The support team will in the future also handle clients in Hong Kong and Thailand.Ability to closely work with customers' senior managers
