Demand Planning/Bus Analyst

Enable Dunkin’ Donuts to achieve financial objectives by performing financial analyses to drive sales and improve franchisee profitability. Drive strategic and tactical analyses of brand, region, store and product level data. Participate in the development of significant strategic initiatives that have a financial impact on business units. Support various groups within the organization including, but not limited to, Marketing, Strategic Supply, Operations and Commercialization. We are looking for someone excited about working in the fast-paced QSR environment and who is willing to go the extra mile to quickly learn the business.

Product Forecasting:
· Collaborate with Marketing and Strategic Supply team members to develop product forecast
- Utilize existing models to project and measure marketing campaigns
Sales Impact Analysis:
- Analyze impact of sales driving programs/tactics/initiatives on brand and determine whether targeted results were achieved
- Issue regular and ad hoc reports
Strategic Analysis:
- Provide brand with information to evaluate impact of sales driving initiatives on franchisee and corporate sales and profitability
- Work with cross functional teams to create compelling business cases that support programs and initiatives
- Review competitive sales/profit driving programs
Cross Functional Team Member:
- Provide financial representation for brand specific category management and initiatives
Daily Ad Hoc Analyses and Other duties as assigned
· Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Finance, Economics, Marketing, and/or Research
· 2-3 years experience in financial/sales/marketing analysis
· Retail industry experience is a plus; Foodservice experience ideal
· Strong communication skills; including presentations to cross functional teams
· Highly proficient with Microsoft applications, including Power point and Excel
Knowledge of functional aspects of systems preferred for example Oracle Business Intelligence
Individual must interact and maintain relationships throughout entire Dunkin’ Brands organization and Franchisee network.
Ideal hire would be expected to “hit the ground running” as part of a high performing team that has a significant daily impact on the entire business. Position will be support the demand planning manager.
