We are looking for a candidate for an exciting opportunity with one of our clients, a leading IT services and Outsourcing organisation.
This is a 6-12 month contract based in Guildford.
This role is for a Demantra Technical Support Lead to work on EU Application Support maintenance of Demantra. This is a techno-functional role. The successful candidate must have:
• . Should understand Demantra Demand planning process and forecasting application and able to speak to the business in the Supply chain terms.
• A good amount technical understanding as most of the working and analysis will be technical (PL/SQL). Store procedure analysis. SQl queries. Debugging the code, mapping the Demantra application functionality/ features through procedures (custom).
• Working knowledge in Unix - Should be able to write basic syntax to retrieve file/data from the UNIX server for analysis
• Highly organized, self-starting individual with a strong Customer Service ethic and meet SLA's
• Prioritizes daily work flow with limited supervision. Independently meets multiple deadlines, escalating issues to Manager in a timely and clear fashion.
• Good Analytical skills
Key operational experience required within a large Corporate Organization in a techno functional role. This role also requires customer liaison skills.
