This is a small luxury hotel, with a fine dining awarded restaurant, 6 function rooms, 2 civil wedding rooms, a spa and 2 kitchens, one being used only for functions!
We are recruiting for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our team
Job Description:
We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who is an enthusiastic person with a great personality. Committed and well presented who enjoys interaction with customers. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure and be able to organize and assist the Manager at any time.
Required experience for the Demi Chef de Partie:
- Two years experience
- Hotel experience advantageous
- Fluent English is essential
- Fine dining experience essential
