Hays is working with the Ministry of Defence (MoD) to recruit an experienced temporary Dental Nurse to work at Dental Centre Aldershot,Hampshire.
This is currently a 6 month full time placement to start 28/11/2014.
You will have an unprecedented opportunity to make a positive impact on others lives.
You can dictate where you are willing to work, moving around between assignments if you wish that can range from a couple of weeks to long term positions.
Accommodation and Travel expenses can be available.
The position involves:
Assisting the Dental Officer during routine and emergency treatment.
Maintenance of the surgery, including preparation/sterilisation of all instruments before and after patients.
Use of Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) protocols.
Administrative duties (making patient appointments, monitoring bookings on the IT system, answering the phones, document handling)
You must be fully registered with GDC, previous experience in a similar role.
MoD Experience would be an advantage.
In addition to this you need to have:
Relevant proven experience
Evidence of full immunisation history (Hep B, Measles, Rubella, TB)
