Denver Call Center Collectors for Immediate Hire Job in Denver 80237, Colorado US

EOS CCA, a nation-wide accounts receivable company with global reach, is looking for highly motivated, professional individuals to join our world-wide team.

Located in Denver,Colorado our Collections Call Center is seeking collectors to contact consumers via mail and/or phone in an attempt to collect on an overdue debt owed to our clients. During the process collectors must be able to answer consumers' questions regarding their account, negotiate a payment in full, a settlement in full (if allowed by our client), or an acceptable re-payment arrangement. Collectors also perform necessary skip tracing steps to locate the consumers by contacting third parties as permissible by law.

Collections Representatives receive paid classroom and on the job training. The schedule includes 3 days per week 8:00am-5:00pm and 2 afternoon shifts 12:00pm-9:00pm and 2 Saturday mornings from 8:00am-12:00pm per month. Hours may fluctuate slightly based on business needs.

Job Requirements:

Collection experience, great negotiation skills, excellent phone etiquette, high collection resolution rate are qualities of the ideal candidates for this position however, we will train motivated individuals with entry level business experience or Call Center experience. Interested Candidates must have some keyboard knowledge and know the basic functions of a computer system. Candidates bilingual in Spanish are encouraged to apply.
