We are currently seeking Department Coordinator (Key Holder) candidates for our  Mt. VERNON, IL location.

                            ****This is an hourly rate position****

We'd like to talk with you about joining our team. We're looking for smiling, enthusiuastic individuals with knowledge of sporting goods, merchandising skills and most importantly the ability to provide our customers an excellent level of service.  This is a fun, fast paced work environment with variety in the day to day routine.

 

Responsibilities include: oversee all store operations, merchandising, implementation and  maintenance of corporate programs, customer service and administrative functions within the store. Responsible for acheiving company objectives in sales performance,ensuring the efficient day to day operation of the store. Must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills, strong problem solving ability and analytical skills.

 

Requirements: Merchandise knowledge preferred, such as apparel, exercise, footwear, field and stream, golf and general athletics. Previous Management retail experience required.

Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a hands-on management style. Ability to provide excellent customer service and motivate and train staff to do the same are essential.  Successful retail management experience necessary.
