MANAGE CREDIT APPROVAL DEPARTMENT SME TO MID-MARKET CLIENTS

A leading global commercial bank has created an opportunity for a Department Head to join the Credit Risk department and manage credit approval teams to approve SME and Mid-Market Corporate credit applications.
As a Department Head, you will ensure a strong credit culture for the bank is maintained, review/approve commercial bank credit applications. As part of your responsibilities, you will provide coaching/training to junior and experienced credit approvers in the bank, and speak confidently with various stakeholders including business units.
With a minimum of 20 years experience in commercial bank lending, remedial management or relationship management, you will be a fast learner who is able to work without supervision. Trade Finance product knowledge is a pre-requisite for the role. Working as part of a team, you will have strong communication skills and a good command of English and Chinese.
