Position Summary:

To ensure all district process designs meet applicable local codes, are economical and constructible.  Maintains department communications with client, and provides leadership and direction to project teams. Ensure electrical department is properly staffed with qualified personnel to assure meeting schedules and budget.  Assist in client relations and developing new business.  Develop department standards and people infrastructure

 Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, walk, drive, and climb frequently and to squat, kneel, bend, twist, or crawl occasionally.

Description: This position requires a great deal of stamina with the ability to perform the above essential function under considerable pressure and within tight timetables.  The position also requires working long hours from time-to-time as business necessitates.

Lifting:  Must be able to lift or carry up to 5 lbs. frequently and up to 25 lbs. occasionally for short distances.

Vision: Must have normal visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination.

Physical Requirements: Upper extremity usage, motor coordination, range of motion, hearing, and balance should be in a range to safely preclude harm or injury to the employee or to other employees.
