Department Manager – Retail

Our client is a highly successful and profitable retail company, with a number of large sites around the UK. They currently have a requirement for an experienced store or department manager to take on a key role within a site in the Evesham, Worcestershire area. The department concerned contributes a significant percentage of total revenue, and so our client is looking for someone with the neccessary experience.

In addition you will get a lot of autonomy in this role in terms of stock ordering and department layout, so candidates with strong commercial acumen, as well as creative flair and excellent visual merchandising skills are likely to thrive.

Candidates with experience in home / furnishings retail, or who have worked in a department store, or have other multi-category retail management experience, are most likely to be the closest fit for this role.
