Job Description:
1. Release/deployment management expert
2. Java/J2EE expert
3. Coordination expert for analysis of release cycles/schedules, implementation of monthly drops to production
4. Should have excellent communication skills and leadership skills (this person should lead ~40-50 folks during the release day)
5. Should have excellent client facing skills * looking for a person who can negotiate and push back to customer for unreasonable requests
