Overview:
Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) comprises three businesses: Corporate Finance, Markets and Global Transaction Banking (GTB) and includes regional coverage in the Bank's key growth areas.
The Deutsche Bank Depositary Receipts (DR) Group forms part of the broader Global Equity Services business, which in turn is part of the Global Transaction Banking Division.
DRs are a means for non-US companies to raise their profile with Unites States and international investors, to make their shares more easily available and raise new capital outside the domestic market, especially in the US and the UK. Deutsche Bank provides all the services necessary to set up and run a successful DR program (American Depositary Receipt (ADR), Global Depositary Receipt (GDR) and others) plus a range of added services to ensure that both the issuing company and its investors get the most from the program.
