Deputy CFO for Insurance company based in Brussels recruitment
My client is an insurance company based in Brussels. They are currently recruiting a deputy CFO to manage a team of four accountants. You will directly report to the CEO BeLux.
You will be in charge of :
- finance and accounting records for BeLux
- monthly/quarterly group reporting
- reinsurance reporting
- tax return
- coordination of internal and external audit
- improvment and automatisation of financial processes
In addition you will be involved in ad hoc project within the finance department.
Your profile:
- master in finance/ economics / accounting
- fluent in English and French
- experience in an insurance company and in reinsurance are a must have
- people management
- good understanding of fiscal and tax aspects in an insurance company
