Deputy CFO recruitment

 Responsibilities:

-          Drive financial performance to ensure targets are being hit across the group.

-          Develop business partnering across the group.

-          Establish expense targets for each business unit, and contribute to the development and implementation of cost efficiencies.

-          Oversee the statutory reporting team and group accounting police to ensure effective standards and controls are in place.

-          Act as a board director on certain subsidiary companies.

-          Lead all external relationships.

Requirements:

-          ACA qualified or equivalent.

-          Background in general insurance.

-          Track record of running a global finance function.

-          Exposure to mergers and acquisitions strongly preferred.

-          Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with senior stakeholders.
