Our Client, an International leader in the service industry, is currently looking for a deputy Chief Accountant able to replace a current Chief Accountant during her 12 months absence.
This project is a perfect opportunity for a hands-on and fully qualified Senior Accountant to step up. A successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Manager and will be in charge of:
Opis stanowiska:
- Managing and performing general accounting activities (accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel expenses, banking processes).
- Preparing financial statements and supporting agenda in conformity with monthly closing schedule and corporate rules.
- Preparing monthly account reconciliations.
- Preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
- Ensuring accounting practices and tax calculations compliant with local statutory requirements.
- Assisting with financial and tax audits.
Kogo szukamy:
- University degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3 years of experience in accounting as an Independent / Senior Accountant.
- In-depth knowledge of Polish tax law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction to accomplish objectives.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced MS Excel).
- Very good command of both written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Navision will be an asset.
