Deputy Director of Finance

The Trust provides integrated health and social care to over 1.2 million people across Hampshire, with a number of services extending into Dorset, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Wiltshire.

The Deputy Director of Finance reports to Chief Financial Officer and is a critical role in the senior leadership team, interfacing with executive and non-executive directors, senior clinicians and managers. This role will also be pivotal in the delivery of operational and strategic financial management functions, which will include strategy and planning, reporting, budget setting and treasury management. The key focus will be to become a genuine business partner providing excellent management information in an environment where continuous improvement and innovation are encouraged
The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for providing high quality services as well as bringing accountability, responsibility, energy and integrity to the role. You will have a strong record of achievement, excellent communication skills, with a history of building and managing positive relationships both internally and external to the organisation.
