Deputy General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervies daily operations from front line to back offices
- Develop sales strategies for sales team
- Lead sales team, including both institutional retail sales, to achieve sales target
- Ensure compliance of rules and regulations of regulatory bodies
- Review and implement workflow and control procedures of the Company
Requirements:
- University Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
- Existing Responsible Officer in Securities / Futures
- At least 15 years of work experience in Securities industry, including at least 8 years of management experience
- Experience in Equities and Fixed Income will be a great advantage
- Knowledge of stock, options, FX deals will be a great advantage
- Familiar with compliance issue under SFO and knowledge of Market Risk Management
- Good command of both English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
