Department: Corporate Banking Department
Responsibilities
1. Assist the General Manager in development strategy and sales plan for the bank's automobile and shipping financing, planning and implementing business development;
2. Establishing internal work procedure and control system that are compliant with laws and in line with risk management.
3. Follow economic and financial trend; adjust development strategy in time.
4. Lead new product RD and promotion based on client dsemand so as to enhance the company's competitiveness.
5. Assist the GM in team building, IT system establishment and other routines for corporate banking.
Qualifications Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above with senior economist or economist qualification.
2. Minimum 8 years of related working experience in banking, including 3 years or more professional management experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of economic, financial theory and modern banking management, marketing, credit and international financial knowledge and business.
4. Excellent business judgment and keen business acumen; strong abilities of co-ordination of planning, team organization, leadership and decision-making.
5. Strong awareness and capability to promote innovation and change; excellent communication and public relations skills.
