Department: Investment Banking Department
Responsibilities
1. Assist the GM in: development strategy and sales plan for the bank's invest banking operation; planning and implementing business development.
2. Establish internal work procedure and control systems in compliance with laws and in line with risk management.
3. Follow economic and financial trend; adjust development strategy in time.
4. Lead new product RD and promotion based on client demand so as to enhance the company's competitiveness.
5. Assist the GM in team building, IT system establishment and other routines for investment banking
Qualifications Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above with senior economist or economist qualification.
2. Minimum 8 years of related working experience in banking, including 4 years or more professional management experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of economic, financial theory, modern banking management, investment banking business management, marketing and international financial knowledge and business.
4. Excellent business judgment and keen business acumen; strong abilities of co-ordination of planning, team organization, leadership and decision-making.
5. Strong awareness to promote innovation and change; excellent communication and public relations skills.
