Deputy Head of Information and Communications Technology recruitment

*A Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management, Telecommunications Management or related technical degree. Graduate degree in related fields strong preferred.
*Years of commercial and/or government or military experience in the areas of information systems and telecommunications management
*Must have at least four to five years managerial level including experience in the multinational environment
*Desirable experience in drafting statements of work, technical specifications, managing support contracts and evaluating contractor performance.
*Must have strong written and oral communications skills with the ability to brief and advice senior officers
