Deputy Head of Product Control/IPV recruitment
The Role:

This is a high profile position and you will work closely to the Head Traders, CRO, CFO and board level individuals within the Bank. You would look to play a key role in helping to drive the growth, post-merger integration and continued success of the organisation.
- Direct a global team of 24 business analysts to support the project deliveries
- Lead communications between a number of teams including Product Control users, CFO Change and PCIT Analysts from within the SPARTA team, PC Data Warehouse and other teams as required
- Direct and collaborate with other projects in order to minimize re-work
- Direct the implementation of the Financial Systems Initiative (FSI) – a program of transformation projects across Finance spanning a 5 year horizon
- Collaborate with business counterparts to understand and document business processes and data structures
- Ensuring that Finance projects are managed in a consistent manner
- Ensuring that the business process and technical architecture is appropriately aligned to business needs.
- Ensuring that projects are effectively prioritised across the department and resources are allocated accordingly.
Your Profile:
You should be extremely proficient in global accounting applications across multi asset classes. The role covers bank wide traded products cash and derivatives and your role will be to Head Product Control team and lead it throughout post-merger integration process. The IPV is the main project so experience on migration the accounting data from an old system to new system is expected.
- Good understanding of Investment Banking products and asset classes
- Ability to put knowledge of financial principle into PL and Profit Attribution analysis
- Able to perform effectively within a time pressurised environment
