Deputy Head of Trust Services recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating strategies in business and product development for trust business
- Lead a team to grow the business and client base
- Assist in overseeing the training and development in uplifting the professionalism of team members and ensuring premium service be delivered to the clients
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration, Law or equivalent with professional accounting qualification is preferrable
- Minimum 10 years business development / strategic planning experience in law firm /accounting firm / private family office, with requisite trust technical knowledge and practical experience with at least 5 years in managerial role
- Strong self-motivation, customer service orientation and attentiveness to detail
- Good leadership, communication, networking, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese and Mandarin is preferable
