Deputy Head Project and Site Operation Controller recruitment
One of the top 20 leading pharmaceutical companies in the world headquartered in Europe has been committed to developing and manufacturing and marketing various medicines. The company set up its China branch office in early of 1990's and has also established plant and RD centre in Shanghai and nearby city.
To enhance its business impact in China, a series of new facilities will be built up in China, so they are looking for a deputy head project and site operation controller. You need to provide, develop and introduce innovative and effective business planning and cost analysis for the construction projects and site operations as well as ensure quality management of the corresponding activities and appropriate communication internally but also with third parties.
To be considered for the role, you are required to have at least 8 years of experience in project management, cost controlling of large investment projects, especially engineering background desired. Adaptation, communication and problem solving ability are required. Degree in finance, economics or engineering, especially in construction management or engineering is preferred.
