As a result of the promotion of the present post holder, an opportunity has arisen for the appointment of an enthusiastic, energetic and forward thinking Deputy Head teacher to work in partnership with the Head teacher to lead our school through to the next stage in its development.
We are looking for a Deputy Head teacher who:
- Has the ability to lead the development of assessment for learning throughout the school
- Can promote and secure outstanding pupil progress through a creative and independent approach to learning;
- Will build on the present strengths of our school in order to take the school forward from good to outstanding;
- Will preserve and develop the caring and inclusive ethos of the school;
- Can inspire and support staff and children with warmth and humour;
