A well established mining house which operates a number of Underground and Open Cut mines in QLD is looking for a Deputy to join their busy team. A core attribute of this business is their dedication to continue being the number 1 underground mining house in QLD.
In the role of Deputy, you will report to the Outbye Superintendent and carry out all safety and standard operating procedures to ensure the mines standards are consistently high.
On offer is a very competitive salary package. This package is coupled with multiple allowances and benefits that will ensure you are paid at the higher end of the pay scale. You will, if you desire, have the opportunity to continue to work your way further in your career within this busy mine.
The roster is a 8/6 D/N roster where you will be allocated housing and receive relocation assistance if necessary. There is no FIFO option, however you can cater for this yourself. Most staff live locally, or DIDO from the coast. A short drive to the coast, you will not be far from a major city and a clean break away from the mine itself.
