Deputy Manager RGN
Hays Social Care is looking to recruit a Registered Nurse Deputy Manager for a family run nursing home in the Southampton area. Working in their medium sized home you will be required to work on the floor and support the manager in the daily running of the home.
The RGN Deputy Manger will be involved in assessing, evaluating, planning and providing nursing care to residents with varying needs. You will also have responsible for leading a multi-disciplined team of staff whilst ensuring all care-related documentation is completed in line with company standards.

To be considered for this position you will hold a valid NMC pin and have relevant experience within a nursing home and a passion for elderly care.
