Deputy Nurse Manager

This job opportunity is for a deputy nurse manager to join the team and lead from the front. You should have a solid career history and proving clinical experience working in high calibre care homes. You will be responsible for assisting the care manager on a day to day basis and will be heavily involved in training, recruitment and managing care standards.
Skills Qualifications
Registered RGN or RMN
Solid work history and experience working for a high calibre care home
First class communication skills
Salary Benefits
£32,000-£36,000 per year depending on experience
40 hours per week – various shifts mainly Monday – Friday
