Derivative Sales Trainee recruitment
Main responsibilities
To assist the Corporate Derivatives Sales Team including:
- Preparing proposals for clients
- Indicative pricing for clients
- Research on markets and clients
- Preparing credit requests
- Maintanence of files/statistics/data in appropriate folders
- Handling KYC and MIFID requests
- Assisting the team in research and modeling related to any deals they are involved in
- Assist the team in their administrative duties
- Keeping track of and participating conference calls, meetings and taking/circulating necessary minutes
- Helping organise client events
- Other ad-hoc tasks may be assigned as necesary

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education
- Studying in a top university in a related discipline. Outstanding candidates with an unrelated educational background will be considered on an individual basis.
Past experience
- Previous experience in banking or related position would be a distinct advantage
- Exposure to Derivative products is a plus
- Marketing orientation/focus is a plus
Languages
- Fluent English
- Fluent Russian required
- French is a plus
Technical skills
- Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint (excellent PowerPoint skills required)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment on the trading floor
- The individual must have a strong background and a strong interest in financial markets as well as determination to deliver outstanding professional results across all aspects of the business
